Time Management for Pastors: practical helps and deeper considerations

Ministry, while a holy calling, is a demanding vocation. The duties of a pastor continue to expand and evolve even as the availability of volunteers and funding for more staff are on the decline. Many ministers struggle with how best to use their time so that they are faithful to their roles, love their people well, and avoid burnout.

About the Webinar

Ministry, while a holy calling, is a demanding vocation. The duties of a pastor continue to expand and evolve even as the availability of volunteers and funding for more staff are on the decline. Many ministers struggle with how best to use their time so that they are faithful to their roles, love their people well, and avoid burnout. This webinar will provide several time management tools that pastors can immediately implement. It will also give participants reflection prompts to consider whether feeling stretched thin can be addressed by technical fixes or if a bigger shift needs to occur in the self or the congregational system.
