The Rev. Phillip Blackburn<\/span><\/span> has been ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA) since 2003. He has served congregations from 175 to 4,000 members and is currently the director of <\/span>of<\/span> the Thriving in Rural Ministry program at the University of the Ozarks. This program helps support pastors and ministry leaders in rural congregations in the Presbytery of Arkansa<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
