People WANT to be part of your church community! Recent research says between 15% and 30% of Americans have good impressions of churches but do not attend. (Kroohs suspects the number is actually higher.) So why aren’t they showing upPart of the reason is that we do a poor job telling them who we are, and then inviting them. The beginning of Lent provides some great opportunities to do all that better.

About the Presenter

The Rev. Ken Kroohs is a retired Eoiscopal Priest currently attending a Lutheran church. His retirement ministry has been to help churches reach out to connect with new people. Retirement effectively is his 4th career after earlier degrees and careers in Civil Engineering and City Planning Kroohs has a special love for small churches. He lives in High Point, NC and spends considerable time spoiling 5 grandchildren occasionally lent to him by three daughters.
