Stop Stressing Over Templates. Build a Policy That Works.
Downloading a standard safe church template is easy—putting it into practice is where most leaders get stuck. A strong child protection policy isn't just about avoiding liability; it’s about creating a trustworthy environment where kids thrive, parents feel confident, and volunteers are protected.
If you are tired of wrestling with legal jargon, unsure how to train your volunteers, or struggling to adapt generic policies to your church's real-world ministry spaces, this cohort is built for you.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-On Guidance: Walk step-by-step through policy construction, volunteer screening protocols, and reporting workflows.
Tailored Support: Bring your specific draft sections to sessions for expert review and feedback adapted to your church size and facility.
Peer Collaboration: Work alongside other ministry leaders and formation professionals facing the exact same real-world challenges.
Actionable Accountability: The 3-month, 1-hour-per-month cadence gives you time to do the actual work between sessions without getting overwhelmed.
