Across time, geography, and traditions, daily prayer has been aided by the use of prayer beads. This has become popular for Protestants as well in recent years. Your church (all ages) will delight in creating and using prayer beads as a way to center attention, feel the presence of God as close as the beads in our hands, and to pray easily repeated prayers of presence, praise, purpose, petition, pardon, protection, and persistence.
