PRC is excited to invite your church into a specialized, monthly cohort program designed to move you past the “stuck” points and into meaningful connection with your community. This isn’t just a webinar; it’s a mentored journey toward re-invigorating your mission.

What Makes This Cohort Different? 

We trade vague theories for proven research and concrete action. Each month, you will receive: 

  • Specific Training: Data-driven insights on why people connect with churches today. 
  • A Monthly Roadmap: Checklists of recommended activities and resources to implement immediately. 
  • Direct Mentorship: Open access to Rev. Ken Kroohs for guidance between sessions. 
  • Shared Wisdom: A small group environment to brainstorm with leaders facing the same challenges. 
 
The Power of the Team 

Evangelism isn’t just “the Pastor’s job.” In fact, we believe this work should be 80% lay-led. 

Our Recommendation: Bring a team of at least 3 lay leaders from your congregation. Our first session will even cover strategies on how to expand this team further! 

 
Logistics & Details 
  • Format: 90-minute monthly sessions, 3rd week of the month, interactive online cohort via Zoom. 
  • Flexibility: Choose the time that fits your schedule 
  • Tuesday Afternoons – 3:30 – 5:00 PM Eastern 
  • Thursday Nights – 6:00 – 7:30 PM Eastern 
  • First BONUS Session – June 16 or 18, continues Aug 2026 – May 2027, 3rd week of the month 
  • Cost – $300 per congregation, membership and judicatory discounts are available 
 
Meet Your Facilitator: Rev. Ken Kroohs 

The Rev. Ken Kroohs is a retired Episcopal Priest with a heart for the local church. Ken brings a unique, analytical perspective to ministry, drawing from his previous careers in Civil Engineering and City Planning. He specializes in helping small churches find their unique voice and reach. Now living in High Point, NC, Ken spends his retirement helping congregations thrive (when he isn’t busy spoiling his five grandchildren!).
