Formation Lab Cohort

Formation Lab is a nine-month collaborative cohort designed to equip and support you as you navigate the modern landscape of faith formation. Running monthly from September through May, this cohort blends collaborative "lab" sessions—where we share planning ideas and solve real-world problems—with expert guest-led conversations.

Under the guidance of facilitator Elizabeth Christie, you will transition from just maintaining programs to actively cultivating creative, sustainable faith practices.

• Seasonal Worship Planning: Collaborative brainstorming to bring new life, creativity, and engagement to the church calendar.
